Inhale the good stuff and exhale the bad stuff

I’ve finally gotten out of my yoga/meditation block. It’s been about a year since I fell off and boy does it feel great to be back. Of course I couldn’t jumped back into doing 2 hours of Yoga and an hour of meditation but …baby steps. It’s amazing what one session can do.
